When using our returns portal, labels are weight-based, allowing for the inclusion of only 1 or 2 very light additional items in one package. For heavier items, please arrange your own return shipping and include a note inside the parcel stating your name and all relevant order numbers.

Important note for US Returns:
Our US returns are processed in a consolidation centre to make the return process faster and smoother for you. The consolidation centre unfortunately cannot process multiple returns per parcel. If you would prefer to save postage costs and return multiple orders inside one parcel, your return may take 3-4 weeks to be returned to the UK and processed.
