When choosing store credit for your return, you can choose between Shop Now or Shop Later.

Shop Now – get 10% extra credit
Choose Shop Now if you already know what you’d like next. You’ll receive an extra 10% on the value of your return and can browse our products and choose your new items straight away. Your order will be reserved and dispatched as soon as your return has been received and processed at our warehouse.

Shop Later – get 5% extra credit
Not sure what you want yet? Choose Shop Later and you’ll receive an extra 5% on the value of your return as PoleJunkie store credit. Your credit will be added to your customer account once your return has been processed and will automatically appear as a payment option at checkout, ready to use whenever you find something you love.
