Open the loyalty hub using the button at the bottom left of our homepage, or through your account page. Choose an available reward and follow the steps to reveal your reward code. Enter this code at checkout to claim it.
How do I climb the tiers?
The more PJ Points you earn, the higher you climb! Earn points by shopping, referring friends, leaving reviews and taking advantage of multiplier days. Your tier is based on the points you earn during the calendar year. For 2026, we’re counting point

Your points expire after 6 months without points activity. Keep them active by placing an order or redeeming points for a voucher. We’ll send you a reminder email 30 days before they expire. Reward vouchers must be used within six months of redemptio

Can I used rewards with other discounts?
Reward codes can’t be combined with other discount codes or offers.
What happens to my points if I return or cancel an order?
If your order is refunded or cancelled, the points earned on the refunded items will be deducted from your PJ Points balance.
